If something’s not right with your order — whether it’s the wrong item, damaged, or doesn’t fit as expected — Let us know, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not happy with the fit, design or quality of your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

  • Exchanges will be produced and shipped free of charge (please allow up to 25 working days for made-to-order items).

  • Return shipping costs are covered by you.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we’ll either replace it or refund your order in full.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a clear description and photo(s) if possible. We’ll take it from there.

Product Warranty

All our garments come with a 1-year warranty covering zippers, seams, trims and fabric defects — not general wear and tear.
If there’s a fault, please contact us with photos and a short description. If the claim is approved, we’ll either repair or replace the item. Please allow up to 25 working days.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel before we start making your order, we’ll refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

Trying Items

We understand that finding the right fit is important — but because most of our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you avoid ordering multiple sizes or styles just to try them on.

Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed items in clean, resellable condition — but every return creates waste and impacts our small-scale production model. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help you choose the right size.
