All our products are made to your order and production time takes 5-10 business days. We also have some in-stock items and those are available for next day dispatch.

The cancellation is possible within 24 hours after placing an order. All our products are made to order and we put the effort in order for the customer to receive it as soon as possible. After the expiration of 24 hours, we book material for production, and cancellation is impossible. If you wish to cancel your order, email us at my@truestorysport.com

After you added the products to your cart, proceed to Checkout and paste the code in the Gift card or discount code” field. Then, click the Apply button to redeem your discount.

If your promotion code doesn’t work, please check if it’s correctly typed, hasn’t passed its expiration date and can be applied to the product(s) you’ve chosen. If you’re experiencing any other problems, please contact our team at my@truestorysport.com

We use functional fabrics from sustainable sources. All our fabrics are sourced form European suppliers exclusively. We coopertae with such producers as Schoeller (SUI), SPW Argentona (ESP), SITIP (ITA), Carvico (ITA), Jersey Lomellina (ITA), Pidigi (ITA).

All our products come with 1 year warranty. It is limited to zippers, trimming, seams and fabric manufacturing defects. Our commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship extends to the service you and your products receive. We will happily replace or repair your product as shortly as possible. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship everywhere around the World*, offering stadtard shipping by postal services and express shipping by DHL Express for all orders. We offer Omniva shipping within Baltic states. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

We want you to have your new product as soon as possible. Most of our products are made to your order. Production time takes 5-10 business days. In-stock items typically ship out 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Standard shipping costs are 12 EUR. Express shipping costs are 35 EUR. FREE Standard shipping option is available for all customers whose fulfilled order value is above 200 EUR. Shipping costs within Baltic states cost 5 EUR (postal or Omniva services)

Standard shipping with postal services takes from 5- 10 business days. In most cases DHL Express shipping is a next day delivery. For remote locations in can take up to 3 business days. For Baltic states Omniva and postal services takes 3-4 business days to arrive.

Yes, the customer is responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order. If you refuse to pay taxes, your order is being delivered back to us, and we will return 50% of the order amount.

You will receive an email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first infomration to appear on tracing link, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time, and it was sent back to us, a customer will have to pay additionally for the second shipping, after which we will send it again. If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to us and a customer refuses to arrange the repeated shipping (within 2 weeks since we received it back) - the order gets cancelled with no refunds.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

You can return item for refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our office and incurring the shipping costs. You can read more about procedure in RETURNS & COMPLAINTS secion.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will either fully refund your order or produce replacement items free of charge. In case the complaint is valid, we will refund amount paid for goods and any reasonable shipping costs related to return of the faulty item.
