COOPERATION WITH LATVIAN ORIENTEERING FEDERATION
With World Orienteering Championships coming to Latvia in 2018, supporting Latvian Orienteering Federation and national teams felt like a logical step to take. Therefore in the beginning of 2017 TRUE STORY became an official sportswear provider for Latvian national team. Cooperation covered youth, junior and senior teams in all three disciplines of orienteering - foot, ski and MTB.
New national team design had a twist. A special Latvian power signs were used to give that extra mental edge for our athletes.

Cooperation kicked off by providing orienteering gear for Latvian youth orienteering team participating in European youth championships in Slovakia.
We were really happy to receive the news that Latvian M-18 team has won silver medals in the relay competition. A great beginning for cooperation that left us wondering if custom design with Latvian signs gives power to the ones who wear them?!
We were delighted by the comments of national team coach: "TRUE STORY custom made orienteering clothing created special environment and brought up the team spirit which - in turn - inspired young talents to show their best performance in the championships.
The pinnacle of 2017 was World championships in Estonia and World Cup final stage taking place in Cēsis, Latvia. During WOC team Latvia delivered with female team finishing 5th and male team taking 7th spot in relay competition. World Cup on home ground was a perfect rehearsal for next year when WOC will be coming to Sigulda, Latvia. Team performance was outstanding with both relay teams finishing in TOP6. 5th and 6th place for men and women teams respectively - something to be extremely proud of and gives us a good reason to dream big in 2018.
It was great deal of pleasure for TRUE STORY team to see their creation in action at top-level competition. Enjoy!
We are thrilled going into 2018. It will be historical for orienteering society of Latvia and TRUE STORY team will give their best to help national team athletes in preparations leading up to most important event there is in sport of orienteering. We are ready to see some impressive results!
