How To Order
Choose the product you want and then select the size and color from the pull-down menu on the product page. Click on ‘ADD TO CART’ and you will find the product in your shopping cart. If you want more than one piece, change the number to the quantity you want.
After selecting all your purchases, check your shopping cart to make sure that all the information concerning your order is correct. If you want to change the number of items you are ordering or cancel a purchase, just change the number of pieces you have ordered or click on ‘Delete’ to remove the product/products from your cart or to change their number.
If all the information is correct, click ‘Proceed to checkout’ where you can enter your buyer information for the delivery.
Check once again that the order information is correct and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYPAL’.
Products and Prices
Product prices are given in connection with the product information. The product prices include VAT. Your shopping cart and order confirmation will display a breakdown of the tax included.
Private customers can choose their payment method when they get to the shopping cart. Business customers can also ask for the right to invoice.
You can pay for your purchase directly via your Paypal online service or pay by your credit or debit card. If your order was successful, you will receive a message about it in your e-mail. The order confirmation will also show your order number. If you receive no message in your e-mail, please contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org
All of our garments are made “on-demand”. The final time of delivery depends on the destination of the consignment and delivery type chosen.

Standard delivery: up to 25 working days from order placement
within Latvia – 5 EUR / order
within Europe – 9 EUR / order
outside Europe – 12 EUR / order
Free Standard delivery for orders exceeding 100 EUR.
Omniva delivery service: up to 15 working days from order placement (available in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania)
parcel terminal within Latvia – 3.50 EUR / order
parcel terminal within Estonia and Lithuania – 7 EUR / order
Omniva courier within Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania – 9 EUR / order
Free Omniva delivery for orders exceeding 100 EUR.
Express delivery: up to 10 working days from order placement
within Latvia – 10 EUR / order
within Europe – 20 EUR / order
outside Europe – 30 EUR / order (customs clearance may apply)
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the item (e.g. fitting, overall quality, looks) we’re happy to accommodate this request within two (2) weeks after the product has been received. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our office and incurring the shipping costs. A refund for particular product will be processed and issued to original payment method within two (2) weeks after receiving of returned items.

Repair of Defects
All our products come with 1 year warranty. It is limited to zippers, seams and fabric manufacturing defects. In case you want to return damaged or faulty items please attach pictures of the damage and a description related to your complaint to enable us to assist you further. Depending on shipping method we will either issue pre-paid return shipping label or cover standard shipping costs by transferring refund to original payment method used at the checkout. We ask fro warranty products to be washed before they are returned to us. The warranty does not apply to normal wear of garments or user errors. Depending on the damage, we either repair the product or send you a new one as a replacement. All our garments are made following ON DEMAND principle therefore repair or delivery of replacement garments can take up to twenty five (25) working days.
