How To Order
Choose the product you want and then select the size and color from the pull-down menu on the product page. Click on ‘ADD TO CART’ and you will find the product in your shopping cart. If you want more than one piece, change the number to the quantity you want.
After selecting all your purchases, check your shopping cart to make sure that all the information concerning your order is correct. If you want to change the number of items you are ordering or cancel a purchase, just change the number of pieces you have ordered or click on ‘Delete’ to remove the product/products from your cart or to change their number.
If all the information is correct, click ‘Proceed to checkout’ where you can enter your buyer information for the delivery.
Check once again that the order information is correct and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYPAL’.
Products and Prices
Product prices are given in connection with the product information. The product prices include VAT. Your shopping cart and order confirmation will display a breakdown of the tax included.
Private customers can choose their payment method when they get to the shopping cart. Business customers can also ask for the right to invoice.
You can pay for your purchase directly via your Paypal online service or pay by your credit or debit card. If your order was successful, you will receive a message about it in your e-mail. The order confirmation will also show your order number. If you receive no message in your e-mail, please contact our customer service: email@example.com
We will send the products you have ordered as soon as we can. The final time of delivery depends on the destination of the consignment and the transport timetable. The delivery time for webshop products is normally about 7-10 working days inside the EU.
Our postage and packing charges for Standard delivery to EU countries are 7 EUR per order and it takes up to 25 days to receive your order. We offer also Express delivery within 10 working days for 20 EUR per order. Orders over 150 EUR have Free delivery.
If you order outside the EU, you can order as normal. Remember the customs clearance.
All our products are covered by a full 14 day right of return. The product allows you the returns for free via customer return. Any returned product must be unused and unaltered.

Repair of Defects
If the delivered product is damaged, you can send us a notice of the defect and return the damaged product by post. You do not then pay postage. When returning a damaged product, please let us know if you want your money back or if you want us to send you a corresponding product as a replacement. If you choose to have your money back, please let us know your bank account number. (IBAN and BIC)
